PARTNERSHIP
Up to 12 co-owners will have the opportunity to invest directly
in The Residence, St Andrews, the most unique location and outlook
in world golf.
We are offering each co-owner four weekly fractional segments
throughout each year; two weeks during peak season and two weeks
during shoulder season. Each weekly segment will be rotated on
an annual basis.
Our co-owners will hold a direct equity shareholding in a limited
liability company, the sole asset of which is The Residence, St
Andrews.
Fractional segments can be bought and sold, subject to a shareholder
agreement, although we anticipate that most owners will wish to
pass down this valuable asset from generation to generation.
The Residence St Andrews is a truly unique and irreplaceable
asset. The Links, St Andrews has been widely reported as the most
valuable real estate in the U.K. outside central London and St
Andrews has experienced high and consistent capital growth over
many years.
The financing cost of fractional ownership is no greater than
purchasing equivalent luxury hotel accommodation. Of course, that
cost is fixed for the duration of ownership and, unlike hotel
accommodation, will not rise over time. Turn a revenue expense
